  • Founder

More than 13 years ago, Chanelle Wilson began helping people heal their hearts, their health, and their homes and thrive. What started as a personal journey quickly grew into a calling, and eventually became Better Days Center, her holistic wellness practice based in Centerville, Ohio.

With advanced training in Emotional Polarity Technique (EPT) and certification as a Loomis Digestive Enzyme Specialist, Chanelle blends mind-body science with intuitive care. Her gift is connection. She meets people where they are, no matter their age, background, or story, and gently walks with them toward emotional and physical wholeness.

After overcoming her own battles with chronic illness and depression, Chanelle found deep healing through EPT. That personal breakthrough led to a professional mission. She created the Better Fix in 6 program after years of studying why some people experienced faster, deeper transformation than others. Her answer: structure, consistency, and soul-level awareness between the sessions.

Today, Chanelle leads with intention, crafting more love, more peace, and more clarity in the lives of those she serves. Whether in one-on-one sessions, workshops, or the pages of her program, she helps people find what they’ve always been worthy of: hope, health, and healing that lasts.

  • EPT & Digestive Enzyme Practitioner

Nick Wilson is a storyteller at heart with a passion for people, purpose, and personal transformation. He graduated magna cum laude from The Ohio State University with a degree in Religious Studies, where his curiosity for meaning, connection, and human experience first took root.

Before stepping into the world of holistic health, Nick spent years behind the mic as an on-air personality and fundraiser in public radio, building community, amplifying voices, and helping listeners feel seen and heard. Today, that same gift for connection fuels his work as a certified Emotional Polarity Technique (EPT) practitioner and Food Enzyme Specialist.

Nick is especially passionate about helping men heal, grow, and reconnect with their value—not through performance but through presence. His work often focuses on guiding men to become good men and helping young boys envision what that looks like. Whether in private sessions, community work, or mentorship, he creates space for emotional strength, self-awareness, and generational restoration.

Whether guiding a client through emotional healing or decoding the body’s nutritional needs, Nick brings compassion, calm, and clarity to every session. His background may be diverse, but his mission is singular: to help people feel better in body, mind, and soul

FAQs

Do you accept insurance?

Our Holistic approach does not have a code that insurance companies recognize for reimbursement, as we do not "treat" or "diagnose," which are typically required for insurance claims. Due to the nature and effectiveness of EPT, our clients typically experience fewer sessions compared to traditional therapies, resulting in overall cost savings. Many also appreciate the privacy that comes with not involving insurance in their emotional healthcare, as there are no diagnoses that could potentially impact their future

How many sessions will it take until I feel better?

Many clients experience significant relief after just the first session, often reporting that they feel "lighter." For most, seven sessions are enough to see major improvements in both life and health, with steady progress continuing thereafter. For individuals experiencing ongoing trauma (e.g., divorce, abuse), we recommend up to 14 sessions. After completing the initial sessions, many clients choose to continue with monthly or quarterly check-ins to maintain their progress and support their emotional health during challenging times.

Is EPT similar to …….?

Traditional Counseling – While EPT involves conversation and provides a safe space to process emotions, it goes beyond traditional counseling by addressing not only the memories in the mind but also the physical memory stored in the body. EPT helps resolve both the emotional and physical impacts of stress. We are not licensed Counselors or Therapist.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) – EPT shares similarities with EFT in that both address the physical and hormonal responses to stress from negative thoughts. However, EPT takes a deeper approach by uncovering and addressing the root causes of these negative thought patterns, leading to lasting transformation.

Emotion Code – While both EPT and Emotion Code involve muscle testing to identify emotions held in the body, EPT includes a collaborative element that encourages deep "Aha" moments. Clients are guided to take ownership of their emotional healing through tailored forgiveness statements, creating a more profound sense of empowerment.

Do you accept virtual clients?

Yes, we work with virtual clients both across the country and internationally. For clients unable to see a practitioner in person, virtual sessions are a great option. To ensure the full benefit of an EPT session, we ask that virtual clients purchase a pair of magnets, priced at $100, which help facilitate the process.

Can EPT work for young children or non-verbal individuals?

Absolutely! EPT has proven successful with children, infants, and individuals with disabilities, even those who are non-verbal. The process offers a unique ability to access and release stuck emotions, regardless of age or ability. Whether or not a person can express themselves verbally, EPT is an effective method for freeing emotional blockages and promoting healing.

Why do you use magnets?

Magnets are widely recognized for their therapeutic benefits and have been used in various medical treatments. In EPT, we use magnets because they provide a stable vibrational frequency that helps stabilize the client’s energy. As a person releases emotions, their energy frequency fluctuates, which can trigger stress-related chemical reactions in the body. The magnets assist in stabilizing this frequency, making it easier for clients to let go of difficult emotions and memories more effectively

I have been seeing Chanelle for over a year and it truly has been a gift. Now I am happier than I have been in years and am finally free of the past.

I was having panic attacks multiple times a day and after one session they almost completely stopped. I have been free of them for over 10 months now.
